What is your minimum order quantity?

6 pieces to start a screen printing project. Higher minimums may apply if design contains multiple colors.

Can I mix different colors or styles with my order?

Yes. As long as the deisgn remains the same size and color on all the items you can mix any colors or styles with same order.

How is my price determined?

Your price for screen printing project  is dertermined by the shirt style you select and how many locations and colors your design requires.

How to get a price quote?

It's very easy to get an instant price quote through our website for your order.

We offer all-inclusive pricing, which means what you see is what you pay, no hidden fees.

How long does it take to get my order shipped out?

Once the final design approved and payment confirmed, our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days.

Can I get my order sooner?

If you have a specific deadline, please notify us when placing your order.

We do have a rush order service. Rush fees may apply. 5-7 business days +15% of total.

What file format should I submit my design in?

Artwork files such as EPS, AI , PDF and CDR are prefered. If you don't have it, 300dpi or larger of PSD,TIF and PNG file will be acceptable.

What is the maximum print size?

The max print standard size is 30cm W X 30cm H.

Inside tag: 7cm W X 7cm H.

Can you print over seams?

We cannot print over seams. Please refer to our Artwork Placement Guide.

Can you match a custom pantone color?

Yes. We offer Pantone Color Matching to best match your design colors (Excluding metallic colors).

Can I order a sample before placing a full production run?

Yes you can.

Printed Samples - Standard Image Size - CNY150  for the first color and plus CNY75  for every color thereafter.

Additional locations are considered  additional colors.

*We will credit back the amount of the samples if an order for the full production run is placed within 10 days of the sample shipping out.

What fabric are the shirts made of?

100% cotton for most of the items, 90% cotton 10% polyester for GREY color.

Can you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to mainland China, HK and Japan.

Will I get a tracking number when my order ships?

Yes. The tracking information will be sent via email as soon as the order shipped out.

How much do I have to pay to get started?

Every order is processed online through our systems, so we ask for 100% payment to continue the order.
