Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the time we have an order confirmation and final design files.

If you have a specific deadline, please notify us when placing your order. Rush fees may apply to orders if you need quicker turnaround time.

We do have a rush service, Rush fees may apply.

T-SHIRT.SH will not be responsible for missing deadlines due to weather conditions, power supply interruptions, vendor shortages and errors, shipping errors, or any acts of God.

If we expect or foresee any problems in advanced, we'll be sure to notify you and work with you to rectify them.

We ship via SF Express. Please check more information here.

Shipping time is not included in our turnaround times.

T-SHIRT.SH will not be responsible for hsipping transit complications for any reason such as errors, weather, strikes, or otherwise.

T-SHIRT.SH assumes no responsibility for product once it left our facility. We will not be responsible for shipping to a wrong address if it was listed on your order.

Artwork files such as EPS, AI , PDF and CDR are prefered. If you don't have it, 300dpi or larger of PSD,TIF and PNG file will be acceptable.

Because printing can only be as good as the submitted artwork, please be as detailed as possible.

Artwork design should be sized to the physical print size and all text must be converted to outlines.

Digital proofs will be sent for your approval which gives you an idea of what your final order will look like.

The max print standard size is 30cm W X 30cm H.

Inside tag: 7cm W X 7cm H.

We offer Pantone Color Matching to best match your design colors (Excluding metallic colors).

If you wanna change ink colors for the same design, every ink color changes will be charged extra fee CNY100 each.

Printed Samples - Standard Image Size - CNY150 for the first color and plus CNY75 for every color thereafter.

Additional locations are considered  additional colors.

*We will credit back the amount of the samples if an order for the full production run is placed within 10 days of the sample shipping out.

T-SHIRT.SH will not be responsible for items that are out of stock. All pruchasing of product is done on an order-by-order basis. We will do our best to provide the most accurate inventory at the time of order. But we cannot 'hold' products from the time you receive a quote to the time you actually place the order.Should specified items become out of stock, we will contact the customer with a comparable replacement prior to printing.

Please check your order and notify us of any problems within 48 hours of delivery. We're not responsible for any claims after 48 hours.

In order to ensure image longevity and vibrancy, we recommend machine wash cold, tumble dry low for all prints. All goods should be washed before wearing.

All the Products are custom printed especially for you, as soon as you order it. We want to ensure the order fulfillment and production process will give you products you love. So we triple check every step along the way to guarantee the quality. Although we cannot accept returns but we're more than happy to replace the items that arrive damaged or misprinted.

We enjoy showing off your product and our craft to the world. It's a great way to showcase our skills and send some of our followers and fans your way as well. We do this by taking photos and posting them online via social platforms, such as, but not limited to, instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. Please be sure to notify us when placing your order if you're not comfortable with us photographing and sharing your shirt socially. If you do not notify us, we will assume that we have your full permission to post photos of your shirts online.
